Cool Horse Socks Ethos
These socks are made lovingly in Britain by a small family run business, whilst the socks are not made from recycled or sustainable material every effort has been made to ensure that the process is sustainable by implementing the following processes;
- All packaging used is from recycled paper
- Packaging parcels use biodegradable bags or recycled cardboard boxes
- Packaging tape used is recycled paper tape
- Factory run off green electric
- The factory sends all the yarn and sock waste to be recycled where it is made into carpet underlay

- Available in two sizes to make sure you have the best fit! Medium 4-7 and Large 8-11
Delivery
In the United Kingdom, customers have the option to select from two courier services:
- Royal Mail First Class Signed For, delivering in 1-2 days at a cost of £6.00.
- Evri, offering 2-4 day delivery with photographic proof at £4.50.
Orders of £50 or more qualify for free delivery and will be sent using the Royal Mail First Class Signed For service.
For international delivery, parcels are sent via Royal Mail or Parcel Force for £20.00.
We strive to dispatch orders to dispatch orders within 24 hours.
Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@paddockapparel.co.uk . If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You are responsible for any costs relating to postage when returning an products.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email us at hello@paddockapparel.co.uk we will be able to advise whether the alternative product or size is in stock. You are liable for postage costs when sending products back.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. Delivery costs are not refunded.
